You can communicate with your child care provider from within the Trusted app. Simply tap on your in-progress booking, and from there you have the ability to message and call your child care provider.  If you and the provider have an Apple device you can also geolocate your provider through the Trusted app.  In addition, from the same screen, you can view a live video feed of the in-progress booking -- provided you have requested and consented to have the live video feed enabled and your provider is equipped with the necessary device.
