Our Providers are equipped with a WiFi capable phone that is set up in the residence for a live-feed video. Parents can view the stream during the booking in the Trusted app on an iOS device.

Is it required? 

The provider will ask at the start of each booking if you are interested in having her set up the video feed. Families are able to opt out if uninterested or if other devices are already in use.

How do I access the live video feed during a booking? 

From your iOS app, tap "Bookings" on the bottom your screen, view your current booking, and tap the small camera icon at the top of the screen.
